Overseer Terms of Service
Overseer (the “App”) is provided by XBPS Development (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Overseer App—whether on our website, via Discord integration, or any other platform—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”). Please read them carefully.
1. Service Provision & Modifications
We provide the Overseer App “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee it will meet your requirements or be error‑free, uninterrupted, or fully secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of Overseer at any time, with or without notice.
2. Subscription & Payment
Certain premium features of the Overseer App require a paid subscription. By activating premium features, you authorize XBPS Development (Overseer) to charge your chosen payment method (monthly or annually) via Stripe (Discord). Charges include any applicable taxes or fees. You may cancel at any time via Stripe; premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds or credits for mid‑cycle cancellations are at our sole discretion. Promotional pricing is subject to its own terms and does not guarantee future rates.
3. Amendments to These Terms
We may update these ToS at any time. Continued use of the Overseer App after changes means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, you must stop using Overseer immediately. We will post updates here and may also note them in our Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation & Disclaimer of Liability
Use of Overseer —is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XBPS Development is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive) arising from your use of Overseer. Abusive behavior (e.g., spamming) may lead to suspension or termination of your access.
5. Third‑Party Platforms & Compliance
When you use Overseer via a third‑party platform (e.g. Discord), you must comply with that platform’s terms, rules, and age restrictions. Any violation or under‑age access is strictly prohibited.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Overseer App at any time, for any reason, without notice and without liability. No refunds or compensation will be due upon termination.
7. Independent Operation
XBPS Development and its Overseer App are independent of, and not endorsed by, any external service providers such as Nitrado, Discord, Wildcard, or game developers. All trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
